I accept full responsibility for the management and safety of my boat, and I also accept that neither Killaloe Sailing Club nor representatives shall accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the event. I further declare that I hold a valid and current Certificate of Insurance with adequate third-party cover. I also agree to carry adequate insurance for the above boat, equipment and crew with the minimum third-party liability of €3,000,000.00 or equivalent which includes cover while racing. Signed here:
